Taco Soup

Serves 6 to 8

A filling soup that's absolutely delicious!


2 lb. ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 cups water
1 can mild chili beans, undrained,16 oz.
1 can whole kernel corn, drained,15.25 oz.
1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained,15 oz.
1 can tomatoes, stewed,14.5 oz.
1 can tomato with green chilies, diced,10 oz.
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix


  1. In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until beef is fully cooked through and no longer pink; drain.
  2. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
