Salt and Pepper Pork Chops

Four ingredients are all it takes!

Ingredients:

2 pork chops
1 teaspoon olive oil
Kosher salt, to taste
Ground pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Bring a skillet to high heat.
  2. Season both sides of the pork chop with liberal amounts of salt and pepper.
  3. One skillet is hot, add olive oil and swirl around to coat skillet. Add pork chops and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side. (Pork chops should be golden brown)
  4. Transfer pork chops to a baking sheet. Place in oven and cook 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
