Buffalo-Style Chicken Tacos

Serves 8

A delicious way to enjoy tacos.


1 lb chicken thighs
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
1 cup thinly sliced lettuce
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/3 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
8 taco shells


  1. In a large nonstick skillet, brown ground chicken over medium heat until cooked through and no longer pink, breaking up into small crumbles, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Stir in buffalo sauce and cook, for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Evenly spoon beef mixture into taco shells and add lettuce. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing and top evenly with carrot, celery and cilantro.
