Buffalo-Style Chicken Tacos

Serves 8 |
A delicious way to enjoy tacos.
|1 lb chicken thighs|
|1/4 cup buffalo sauce|
|1/4 cup blue cheese dressing|
|1 cup thinly sliced lettuce|
|1/2 cup shredded carrot|
|1/3 cup chopped celery|
|2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro|
|8 taco shells|
- In a large nonstick skillet, brown ground chicken over medium heat until cooked through and no longer pink, breaking up into small crumbles, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in buffalo sauce and cook, for 1-2 minutes.
- Evenly spoon beef mixture into taco shells and add lettuce. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing and top evenly with carrot, celery and cilantro.
