Sweet Homemade Pumpkin Smoothie

Serves 1

Just in time for the Fall season.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
4 ice cubes
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, more for topping
Whipped cream, for topping

Directions:

  1. Add yogurt, nutmeg, ice cubes, pumpkin, brown sugar and cinnamon in a blender. Puree ingredients until they form a smooth consistency.
  2. Pour the smoothie into serving glasses. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkling of extra cinnamon.
