Blondie Bites

Serves 24

A tasty and sweet alternative to brownies. Try adding a few other of your favorite ingredients for a personal touch.

Ingredients:

1 lb brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter
2 1/2 cups flour
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups mixed ingredients, (optional: raisins, cranberries, cherries, etc.)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Spray a baking tray with cooking spray. Set sheet aside.
  3. In a medium sauce pan, melt butter on medium heat. Remove pan from heat source, add vanilla and sugar to butter and mix stir well. Add flour, salt and baking soda, stir content well.
  4. Pour ingredients on baking tray. Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes.
