Grilled Country-Style Ribs with Peach & Jalapeno Sauce

Makes 6-8 Servings
Make your ribs stand out with a sweet and spicy sauce that will wow your dinner guests.
|1 can peach slices in heavy syrup, undrained|
|1/2 cup brown sugar|
|3 tablespoons chili sauce|
|2 tablespoons vegetable oil|
|2 tablespoons cider vinegar|
|2 tablespoons steak sauce|
|2 teaspoons ground cumin|
|1 teaspoon salt|
|1/2 teaspoon black pepper|
|1 jalapeno chiles, seeded, deveined and minced|
|4 pounds pork country-style ribs|
- In a food processor or blender, add peaches, brown sugar, chili sauce, vegetable oil, cider vinegar, steak sauce, cumin, salt and black pepper; blend until smooth.
- Pour sauce mixture into a medium pan set over low heat; add jalapeno and cook, stirring, until heated through.
- Prepare a banked, medium-hot fire in grill. Place ribs over indirect heat and grill, covered, for 2 hours. During last 30 minutes of grilling time, baste ribs with peach sauce.
- Bring remaining sauce to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Serve sauce on the side with ribs.
