Garlic Butter Honey BBQ Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup BBQ sauce, your choice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8 street taco tortillas, flour or corn, warmed
Shredded cheese, your preference, for garnish
Shredded lettuce, for garnish
Directions:
Place the chicken thighs in a mixing bowl. Pour the olive oil over top and season with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
Bring a skillet to medium-high heat. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Stir in BBQ sauce, honey, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Chop the chicken thighs. Then add to the skillet. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
Spoon the chicken into the tortillas. Garnish with shredded cheese and lettuce.
