Rinse lentils under water. Transfer lentils to a saucepan and add vegetable broth to the saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and let simmer. Place lid on top of saucepan and let cook for 20 minutes. Pour excess liquid out of the saucepan, return the lid and let cool.
Pour adobo seasoning, chili sauce, water, tahini, garlic powder, Dijon mustard and lemon juice into a mixing bowl. Whisk together until well combined.
Pour the sauce over the lentil and stir together until well mixed.
Spoon an even amount lentil filling into the center of each whole grain wrap. Fold edges in, roll up, and enjoy!

3 tablespoons tahini
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
